The website was very easy to navigate right through to payment. Only one small point of interest: my Confirmation of Order email did not show the complete delivery address for the flowers which led me to believe the address may have been incomplete, requiring a follow-up phone call to Lily's. The staff were so lovely and helpful, had the complete address at their end, it just did not show on my email. If the entire information was included in the Confirmation email, it would have negated the need for a phone call.
