Mother's Day Information 2023
As of May 10th, we have reached capacity for this Mother's Day.
Our next available delivery date will be May 16th.
Due to the high volume of orders for Mother's Day, we will be implementing flexible delivery dates. We will do our best to deliver on the day you request, but we may deliver between May 10-14. Also, we will do our best to deliver your desired arrangement, but may need to make flower and/or vase substitutions. We will always fill the arrangement to value and make it look as similar as possible to the requested arrangement.
All customers of Lily's Florist, https://lilysflorist.com/ or any subsidiary website, agree to the following terms and conditions. This condition are subject to change without notice and at the sole discretion of Lily’s Florist. Lily’s Florist is your top choice for same-day flower delivery throughout the US.
Lily’s Flower Delivery
Lily’s Florist works with the finest florists throughout the US. We have the highest standard for choosing which florists we trust with your special order. We guarantee that you will arrangement will live up to our standard and your expectations.
Lily’s Florist charges a standard $12.95 service fee on all order to cover our marketing and operating expenses to ensure that your arrangement is executed properly. We will cover normal extra delivery required.
If Lily's Florist is unable to delivery your order, we will provide a full refund.
At Lily's Florist we are committed to delivering your important occasion on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the look of the arrangement and staying as closely as possible to the color scheme as well. We will do our very best to substitute a vase equal to, or greater in value to the one we're replacing if needed.
Substitutions for Special Occasions: Due to the importance of delivering orders for special occasions, such as funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, on specific days, we may make a substitution of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery, if the flowers you requested are not available - we will choose to do a Designers Choice in order to have something delivered.
Flower Delivery & Times
Normal delivery times are 9am-5pm to a business, 7pm for orders to a residence, hotel, or hospital.
During major holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day we operate extended hours and delivery times are 8am-8pm. If we reach full capacity, deliveries will need to be made the following day, as we cannot guarantee times for several reasons. Same day orders must be placed by 2pm in the time zone of the delivery address on weekdays.

Request to Leave Item at Door: The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements.
Incorrect Addresses: If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address. Lily's Florist - is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
If No One is Home: Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery.
Same day orders must be placed by 1pm in the time zone of the delivery address on weekdays, and 10am on weekends.
Lily’s Florist is happy to confirm the delivery of your order the day after the delivery was scheduled. We cannot confirm the day of delivery.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order. If you are looking at cancelling or changing an order, and the order is placed on the same day as the flowers are being delivered, this must be done within 30 minutes of ordering your flowers. If the order is for a next day delivery, or any future date, the cancellation or changes must be made the day before the proposed delivery date.
Once an order has been arranged or is out for delivery, Lily’s Florist will not able to cancel/change your order.
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.
Every floral arrangement is unique. This what makes a floral gift so special. Our flower designers will make every effort to make your order to the recipe you’ve ordered, however, standard substitutions will be made, just like every other florist.
From time to time, due to seasonal influences, Lily’s Florist may need to substitute flowers. Lily’s Florist guarantees to substitute only flowers, with other flowers, that are equal to, or greater in value. Lily’s Florist will never substitute roses. Also, we may need to substitute vases, so the one you see online may, from time to time, be different or even slightly different to the one the person you are sending flowers to receives. We will do our very best to substitute a vase equal to, or greater in value to the one we're replacing.
Add-ons (i.e. vase, chocolate and plush) images may not be the exact product that may be delivered. You cannot order an add-on or extra without ordering flowers.
Lily’s Florist guarantees your total satisfaction. If you feel that your flower order didn’t meet your expectations please contact one of our friendly staff to discuss the issue and work closely with you to find the best possible solution.
Time Frame For Complaints
Quality complaints must be received within 48 hours delivery so we can address the issue with the designer. If the complaint is to do with quality, Lily’s Florist requires x 2 photographs of the flowers. 1 of the front of the flowers, and 1 of the back of the flowers. Once we receive the photographs we will investigate the issue for you and get back to you with information as soon as possible - usually no longer than 24 hours.
If your flower order was not delivered please inform us within 7 days, so we can address it for you.
