What we changed after the calls we did not want to take
The hardest call I take is from a family whose flowers did not arrive and whose service is in three hours. It does not happen often. It happens. The cause is almost always the same: a partner florist who took on more orders than they could deliver that day. What we changed after the first few of those calls was simple.
