After receiving an email, I was surprised when Lily's attempted to contact me by phone while I was already on a call with my bank. They even tried reaching me on my home phone, which left me puzzled. Despite some confusion when trying to call them back, eventually, the issue was resolved. The flowers arrived promptly and were greatly appreciated by the recipient. Despite not being able to provide the exact flowers I selected, Lily's managed to fulfill the order successfully. Their efforts meant a lot to both the recipient and myself. Thank you for your dedication and service.

I was very disappointed to see what was actually sent. I do understand that the actual flowers wouldn’t be an exact replica, but what was sent was so far beneath what I thought I paid for. I even paid for the biggest arrangement and it looks like the smallest was sent instead. There were many multiple roses shown in the bigger choice and carnations and a type of lily. In the actual flower received, I see only 1 little rose and none of the other two. I don’t even know what those other two flowers are that are an eye sore. I will never use this florist again.
